ordering a needed test should be easy

Manual test ordering does not support today's digital healthcare environment.  EMRs support an initial option to record a test has been requested, however they may not actually order the test.   We are changing that with integrated and electronic workflows to make ordering of ALL tests more intelligent and efficient.

stay informed

Ability to track the test request process from submission to returned results allows physicians to set patient expectations on timing for follow up actions.  Notifications are sent to physicians on status changes, completion and actions needed based on the test results.  

access and understand

Digital reports are electronically communicated as  PDF documents.  The reports, which can display the initial order and the results, can now be easily added to the patient's record, made even more impactful when used with our Collaborate solution featuring the aggregated patient viewer (APV).
